Paper Submission Overview

The objective of PowerMEMS Workshop series is to catalyze innovation in micro and nano technology for power generation and energy conversion applications. The workshop will provide researchers with a forum for discussing latest research results and promoting progress towards commercialization. The workshop also will allow interaction between the multiple disciplines required for Power MEMS, such as electrical and mechanical engineering, and material science. Please view the Paper Category List for the fields in which we are seeking papers.

**IMPORTANT** This year, we will have all prospective authors of PowerMEMS 2021 submit manuscript styled papers (4 pages in length) that will be directly placed in the technical digest. Authors are required to prepare the 4-page full paper using the A4 IEEE Template and submit their approved IEEE eXpress PDF file. All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Technical Digest and appear in IEEE Xplore. Archiving and Copyright Transfer of Presented Work

As IEEE and the MEMS Technical Community are our technical co-sponsors for the conference, your submitted work will be included in the technical digest distributed to attendees and archived within IEEE Xplore shortly after the completion of the conference.

All accepted papers will need to adhere to the Copyright Law. The Copyright Law requires that IEEE conferences that publish their papers in the United States obtain copyright transfers from authors prior to publication. Failure to complete the copyright will preclude publication and presentation of your work. More information about submitting your copyright to IEEE will be communicated to contact authors at the time of acceptance.
