- All PDF's MUST be created or approved by IEEE PDF eXpress. Please download the guidelines.
- The Conference ID for IEEE PDF eXpress is 54003X
- All PDF's submitted must follow the A4 IEEE Template
- All authors and affiliations are given at the time of obtaining a Paper Reference Number and all conflicts of interest are selected on the Paper Information form.
- Unpublished references are submitted at the time of paper upload.
- Full 4-page paper is required by the deadline
- Ensure all figures and photographs are clearly visible. If the program committee cannot clearly see and understand the role of the visual material included in the submission, the material and consequently the submission likely will be viewed negatively.
- Ensure all fonts are embedded. When using Microsoft Word, please follow these instructions (pdf).
- References (in short format) can go on either page as well as be blinded, if necessary.
- All submitted papers will be considered for Oral and Poster/Oral presentation unless submitting author specifically requests poster presentation.
- Upon acceptance of your submission, it should be understood that:
- One author from your paper is required to register and present your paper at the PowerMEMS 2021 Conference.
- Must submit IEEE Copyright Form by the date listed in the acceptance notification.
- Registration will be completed and paid by the date provided in the acceptance notification.
